  • Performed RM quantitative and qualitative analysis function for HME spaceflight programs; the ATV and External Payloads projects. Determined requirements, developed collateral, conducted interviews, provide guidance and support and developed detailed analysis and recommendations.
  • Active member of the HME Process Working Group; building and mapping current HME processes using the ARIS process-mapping tool. Developed process flows, conducted a gap analysis, reported results and recommended improvements Active member of the HME IT Tools WG; analyzing current cost management /financial working practices with regard to currently available tools and applications. Conducted interviews, developed process maps, collated results and developed reports.
  • Provided detailed analysis of ISS Barter /MOUs, to provide an accurate and pertinent status. Results were submitted to the HME Policy team prior to their reviewing the Barter /MOU status with ESA partners
